What if my order arrives with damage?
Almost all our products are shipped in wooden crate to prevent product damages. But all orders are to be inspected upon arrival.
In the unfortunate event that damage does occur the delivery receipt must be marked "Damaged" and reported to EplastUSA immediately. You should mark the receipt for any and all exterior damage that is visible.
Moreover, the more documentation we receive the better it is: take some good pictures so we are able to fast-process your request.
